It's especially important that in November, we introduced 19 new fragrances, four cosmetic products, and one new dietary supplement. These launches were vibrant and successful—and that's thanks to your dedication, passion, and energy. November also became a month of impressive leadership achievements. ESSENS Russia has achieved new qualifications: 1 Diamond Manager, 3 Platinum Managers, 2 Gold Managers, 10 Silver Managers, 19 25% Level Partners, 21 20% Level Partners, and 27 17% Level Partners. These results clearly demonstrate the strength of teamwork and the growth of leadership within the organization.
