Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the personal data subject, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator on the terms set out below.

- contact phone number;
- email address;
- delivery address (when placing an order);
- other data that the subject voluntarily provides in the forms on the Website.

3.1. Consent is given for the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) in the cases specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
3.2. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
4. Validity period of consent
4.1. Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no more than 3 (three) years from the moment of the last interaction with the Operator, unless otherwise required by law.
4.2. For data related to the performance of the contract and settlements, the storage period is determined by accounting and tax legislation (not less than 5 years).
5. Procedure for withdrawal of consent
5.1. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to shop@essens.ru or to the postal address of the Operator.
5.2. After withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing the data and destroys it within a period not exceeding 30 days, except in cases where processing must continue by law.
