Я веган уже 4 года, и всегда была проблема с омега-кислотами — рыбий жир не подходит, а льняное масло не давало нужного эффекта. Keto Omega 3-6 — находка! Волосы перестали сечься, кожа стала более увлажнённой, ногти крепче. Пью по одной капсуле утром, вкуса никакого, глотаются легко. Очень рада, что есть веганская альтернатива.
